Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. This means unfortunately we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

We want you to be 100% happy with our items though, so if there is an error on our side, please send us a proof of the error or damage - a photo will work – WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT so we can make it right. You will be eligible for a refund or replacement of our choice.
